Once we know you're eligible to live at Nordheim
Court, we will ask you to complete a Rental Application allowing us to check your credit, rental, income and criminal
histories**. Verification of income will be required for approval of your application. Income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. In lieu of this requirement, a verifiable Statement of Support or co-signature may be required. In this case the person signing the Statement of Support will be screened for credit-worthiness($13.50 processing fee).
Submit your application in 3 easy steps:
Step One
Contact Nordheim Court to confirm apartment availability. Once you are
satisfied that the apartment you are looking for is available, download,
complete your
application here: Rental Application.
NOTE: Recent feedback from on-line applicants indicate that our on-line application did not allow us to provide the highly personalized customer service we want to provide to our client: you. The Nordheim Court on-line application has, therefore, been discontinued. Please contact our office for friendly and helpful guidance through the application process.
Step Two
If you are planning on using a guarantor, download a Statement of Support and a Visa/Mastercard authorization form here. Have your guarantor complete the forms and submit them to Nordheim
Court in person or by fax along with your application for rent.
Step Three
Submit your hold fee of $200* in order to hold your space in an apartment.
This fee is payable by check or money order and should be made to the order
of Nordheim Court in person or by mail. Our contact information
