Nordheim Court Student Priority System* Priority 1: Current Nordheim Court residents who renew a lease by the specified deadline 2009 Lease Renewals and Sign up Schedule (PDF format). Priority 2: Current Housing and Food Services (HFS) residents who apply by April 15, 2009. Priority 3: Undergraduate and Professiona students not currently living in UW residences halls or Stevens Court. Priority 4: Graduate and Professional students. Notes: Current Nordheim Court residents who wish to sign a new lease but whose roommates will be moving will have the option of finding additional roommates on their own. Students who do not wish to do so will be assigned roommates by our office.
