Nordheim Court Student Priority System* Priority 1: Current Nordheim Court residents who renew a lease by the specified deadline 2008 Lease Renewals and Sign up Schedule (PDF format). Priority 2: Current Housing and Food Services (HFS) residents who submit an application by the specified deadline Nordheim Court Application Check List for HFS residents (PDF format). Priority 3: Non-HFS residents (in order of application date), and HFS residents who apply after the specified deadline Nordheim Court Application Check List (in order of application date). Notes: Current Nordheim Court residents who wish to sign a new lease but whose roommates will be moving will have the option of finding additional roommates on their own. Students who do not wish to do so will be assigned roommates by our office.
