Once your Rental Application is approved, we will offer you an available apartment based on the priority system. You will need to pay $200 in order to hold your space in an apartment. This must be paid in the form of a check or a money order. Upon receipt of this deposit, a move-in date and time will be scheduled. Please view the Move in Schedule 2008 and our helpful tips for move in to see what date you will be able to move in to your apartment and how to prepare for the big move. Download our Resident Guidebook here to know everything about living at Nordheim. Note: If you decide not to move into Nordheim Court, this $200 hold fee is non-refundable. If you do move into Nordheim Court, this $200 will become your $200 refundable deposit. At that time you will also be asked to pay an additional $200 non-refundable administration fee. For more information, see the rates section. On move-in day you will need to set aside approximately 20 minutes in order to go through lease paperwork. You will also need to bring a check or money order for your first month's rent and any other move-in charges. |
